Not sure if you're still out there, since tagmask.com seems to be down...
First of all, thanks for sharing this project! I've just started to test Amazon SES, and it is being very useful. I've just merged all the current branches out there, plus some additional changes of my own (including the implementation of the GetSendStatistics action). Maybe you'd be interested in merging with your repo, hence this pull request.
I will probably be doing other changes in the days to follow, just so you know.
