Updated the german translation (de) to include gpu-related strings

• All GPU-related strings are updated ("Grafikkarte")
• Proper translation for CPU ("Prozessor") in the Menus, with shorthand "CPU" in the status bar
• CPU, RAM and GPU spellings are consistent, "Speicher" takes up too much space and introduces visual clutter in comparison to 3x three-letter acronyms

I‘ve updated the PO file strings in merged PR #660, and there are new strings to translate. Would you mind closing this PR and opening a new one with the new strings translated?
