Enable Backups by restoring an old backup, configure the Backup Workflow and run start backups

Error handling

If the checkout failed with...

error: The following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by checkout:
    .<SOME DOT FILE>
Please move or remove them before you can switch branches.
Aborting

...it means there are already old versions of some of the files.

Use the following to move the offending files to another folder:

mkdir -p .config-backup && \
config checkout 2>&1 | egrep "\s+\." | awk {'print $1'} | \
xargs -I{} mv {} .config-backup/{}
