I'd just like to say that this is the first time I've ever contributed to a Go project, so please bear with me if I have made any Go-project transgressions. Happy to receive some comments/review on the code!
This is the first year that I will have taxable income from Algorand Staking. While very exciting, most other cryptocurrency tax sites had trouble with the CSV export from my Algorand wallet. Furthermore, I keep some Algorand with a Ledger device, and the exports there (at least to my knowledge) couldn't separate staking rewards from simple transactions. So, hence I decided to use this cool tool
algo-exportwhich separates out Staking rewards from transactions. The issue is, the outputs here don't target the crypto-tax-software I chose this year, namely TokenTax. After reading the codebase, this didn't seem like a big mountain to climb, so here I am.Disclaimer: No tests written, figured the project didn't have any. Things seem to be working with the TokenTax CSV import.... so... ¯_(ツ)_/¯
