Adds a mural validator page in /validator.html
The feature is very much experimental / proof of concept and there's nothing linking to it from the main page.
It could still be useful for the various Discord players asking "I checked for half an hour and can't find what I did wrong".
It draws a cross through incorrect pixels showing the correct color.
Accounts for any game size and stray pixels.
