Try catch block added to check between user's system preferred languages and locales dir to prevent crash when you not have a matching locale.

Because I tried a few things but was not able to make it crash

I downloaded the main branch code and ran it with npm run start. I did it on Manjaro with the system language Spanish (Mexico). It told me it could not find a file named es-MX

and then it crashed? I'm asking because I struggle to reproduce
