Broadcast.

Added broadcast to all or group of nodes with a NODE_ALIAS env variable, where all nodes that share the same node alias name will receive the same message.

Web UI

Added the initial implementation of a WEB UI.

Rewrote large parts of the code. The API is not backwards compatible with previous versions.
