Fixed 24 characters UDID issue

• Fix reinstall AltStore for 24 characters UDID
• Replace subprocess commands with python alternatives
• Hide echo for the password input fields
• Reformat using f-string for better code readability
• Replace .decode('utf-8') with .decode() as it is the default behavior
