- Updated .gitignore to include Convex and log files.
- Enhanced README.md with Convex setup instructions and updated tech stack.
- Added Convex dependency to package.json for both Next.js and Socket.io projects.
- Modified tsconfig.json to include Convex generated types.
- Integrated ConvexClientProvider in layout.tsx for Next.js.
- Implemented a test endpoint for Convex connection in routes.js.
