why is this here :')
we sadly still need this as they are not enabled by default as of writing
we need bazaar to have access to /etc/bazaar for our curated config and we can't ship something in /usr that the flatpak picks up. So we make a tmpfiles entry that symlinks a file that gives us these permissions.

Every single file we add will be used by all bluefin variants, we should keep the amount of hacks and workarounds we introduced a couple years to a minimum
