As you are requesting that no pull request update your .autogenerated files, you will still need to update the ackmate_ack file. The version of ack in AckMate appears to be 1.92; I recommend upgrading to v1.94.
This should solve Issue #22.

I originally included only the first two commits. However, I needed an ack rebase to test and I figured you might appreciate not having to do it too :) Feel free to skip the last commit if you would like.

I'm getting some build questions, etc. So I've pushed more changes into my fork. I created a FolderReferences tag for you in case you are interested in the original pull.
