What Does this PR Do?
We want to quickly write documentation and help regarding TAK and share it easily.
Docusarus works for the latter while Outline works for the former.
This pr drafts the sync, first off with an awful PoC script.
How
Src/scripts, call outline API and make sense of the matter that comes from there.
From the Outline collection TAK Wiki en, fi => handle i18n in outline as language subfolders in collection, then make it work beautifully in Docusaurus so that TAK wiki/fi gets shown when language is Finnihs.
