Introduces MySQLGenerator and ProxySQLGenerator classes for generating SQL rewrite rules, along with corresponding tester classes and scripts for automated rule and test execution. Adds SQL test cases and generated rule files for FilterMerge, ProjectMerge, JoinCommute, FilterReduceTrue, and FilterReduceFalse patterns for both MySQL and ProxySQL environments.
