Introduction

A simple svelte project for validating and generating sample sheets for Nextseq run and ONT basecalling.

The app is hosted on Github Pages and can be accessed at https://corebio.info/CoreSeq-samplesheet-validator/

ONT and Nextseq500 validation have been disabled pending maintenance or refactor.

Developing

Clone the repository and run npm install to install the dependencies.

Start a development server:

npm run dev

# or start the server and open the app in a new browser tab
npm run dev -- --open

Building

To create a production version of your app:

npm run build

You can preview the production build with npm run preview.

To deploy your app, you may need to install an adapter for your target environment.
