Add CodeLinaro backup MIRRORS to provide fallback Git sources when fetching from primary locations fails due to network instability. This helps reduce fetch failures in builds. Signed-off-by: Viswanath Kraleti <viswanath.kraleti@oss.qualcomm.com>
