Update go version 1.24.8
Fix for CVE-2025-58183

Summary by Sourcery

Update the project to build and run with Go 1.24.8.

Build:

  • Bump the Go language version in go.mod and toolchain settings to 1.24.8.
  • Update the builder Docker image to use the Go 1.24 toolchain.
