Update go version 1.24.8
Fix for CVE-2025-58183

Summary by Sourcery

Update the project to build with Go 1.24.8 and use the corresponding Go toolchain and base image.

Build:

  • Bump the Go language version and toolchain in go.mod from 1.23 to 1.24.8.
  • Update the Docker builder base image to use the Go 1.24 toolchain.
