@fkleedorfer, this PR is built on top of #1340, for your consideration.
It updates the pom with one new execution, prune-orphan-factorunit-bnodes
and it adds two new dependencies, for jena-arq and jena-core.
I have tested it with a straightforward mvn install, as well as with a change involving mvn -Pfix install followed by mvn install.
Seems to work.
