Hi @samuelh-nd, thanks for your contribution. However, @airaudofacundo has finished implementation of reaction terms (with full integration with IMEX), so let's hold off on this. We will push it soon. Thanks again!

Left as no-op for now. Brought method over from MultiMaterial portion of code and deleted any solid mechanics-related functionality. This is where chemical reaction source terms will live.
