Code Review
This pull request adds a new tool, 'Semantic Chat', to the list of special-purpose web apps. My review identifies two issues that need attention:
- Alphabetical Ordering: The placement of the new entry does not align with the alphabetical order stated in the pull request description.
- Missing Translation: The corresponding Chinese documentation,
README.cn.md, has not been updated to include the new tool.
Addressing these points will ensure the list remains well-organized and consistent across different language versions. Thank you for your contribution!

Thank you for your contribution. You mentioned in the pull request description that the new entry is added in alphabetical order. However, Semantic Chat is placed between ResearchGPT and ChatGPT Academic. This does not follow alphabetical order (R -> S -> C).
While the existing list in this section is not perfectly sorted, to adhere to your stated goal and improve maintainability, please place the new entry in its correct alphabetical position within the 'Special-purpose' list.
- Reorder Special-purpose section entries in alphabetical order - Add Semantic Chat entry to README.cn.md with Chinese translation - Address code review feedback from gemini-code-assist bot
