O exercício foi tranquilo de fazer, fiquei um pouco as voltas com o uso do modulo date do pacote datetime mas consegui solucionar. Testei as funções com várias datas e elas atenderam os requisitos. Aprendi que um bool pode ser subtraído de um int e que corresponde numericamente a 0 ou a 1.
