Update portuguese translation

Updated portuguese translation and bottom_offset string too.

I'm planning to change settings with Android 6 support drop which will change the texts also. So I'll probably not merge till then. Also there is https://crowdin.com/project/simple-keyboard .

I did, it dosn't save translations for some strings:

Hide language switch key
Show separate number row
Space swipe cursor move
Delete swipe
setup_message

also;
vibrate_on_keypress
popup_on_keypress
prefs_keypress_sound_volume_settings
are wrong

and
prefs_bottom_offset_portrait_setting
privacy_policy
license
are not translated.

Add Bottom offset string to crowin, to be translatable in all languages.
