• cordova add browser android Add platforms

• cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-camera or add to your AndroidManifest.xml.

• cordova plugin add crosswalk-webview replace WebView

• cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-iosrtc iOS-Safari WebRTC support.

• cordova plugin add https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-splashscreen.git add Splashscreen.

• cordova prepare update-prepare platforms

• cordova run android run project on android or different platform
