@kriemo The format of this file seems to be too large for my computer to handle. As a result I will shelve this record until I figure out a way to make sure my Rstudio session doesn't quit when loading in the matrix. |

Attempting to create reference matrix for GSE146771, a study looking into Single-Cell Analyses Mechanisms of Myeloid-Targeted therapies in colon cancers. This will be a human reference matrix and will contribute to humanAtlas.rds. Should solve #30.
