- remove patch-server.mjs (obsolete, replaced by server-entry.mjs) - remove test-server.mjs (obsolete test server) - move test-endpoint.mjs to scripts/ directory - add test-endpoint-agent.mjs to scripts/ directory
- update README.md to reflect OpenAI GPT-OSS-120B model - add docs/context.md with project conventions and architecture - update model references from Qwen3 to openai/gpt-oss-120b - update provider version to v0.9.0
