This repository contains code for our KI2025 paper "Deep learning emulators for large-scale, high-resolution urban pluvial flood prediction"
The dataset can be downloaded from Zenodo: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17098296
Please create a new virtual environment using Python 3.8 and install the required packages using the following command:
pip install -r requirements.txtExtract the additional terrain features from the digital elevation maps using the following script.
Note: Please make sure to define the appropriate data directories in the script.
python extract_terrain_features.pyThe various architectures are defined in the configuration files in configs/. To train the UNet architecture, specify the corresponding YAML file as a command line argument.
Note: The training scripts were tested using a GPU. Please modify the configurations according to your hardware.
