Binaries to support vs2013 for the block. I'll do x64 soon.
Correct for windows because it doesn't have precompiled headers. Corrected incomplete paths by making them more bullety.

Binaries to support vs2013 for the block. I'll do x64 soon. There's also some issues with building the block on windows, but I'm going to file an issue or another commit for that.
