Mobile Ad-hoc Networks are the backbone of resilient field operations in contested, degraded, and operationally limited (CDOL) environments. I build and operate open-source MANET infrastructure using the Reticulum Network Stack — a cryptographically addressed, transport-agnostic mesh protocol that operates over LoRa, TCP/IP, serial, and RF links with zero infrastructure dependency. Designed for delay-tolerant networking (DTN) and beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) communications where PACE plan contingencies require self-healing, self-organizing network topologies.
