Some proposal fixes

Working, on Windows, with your amazing node version of Slate, I found these issues:

• the deploy npm script cannot start with ./
• the gulp steps that write into build folder have to depend on clean step to work propertly. Otherwise build and deploy sometimes fails because the folder is not empty
• I renamed the actual markdown warning box in error and I created a new yellow warning box
