If a user has permission to read/write to a sub-folder within a bucket
(but DOES NOT have access to the root folder of that bucket),
boto-rsync will return a ValidationError (even if the user is
attempting to sync files within the folder they have access to). The
‘—skip-bucket-validation’ option side-steps this issue by passing
validate=False to the connection.get_bucket() method.
