assorted scripts and data for Gilmore's lab glyco-project (Cherepanova N. lead)

copy input data in ../raw_data:
- 2 files for glycocapture (peptide-report and spectrum-report);
- 2 files for SILAC experiment (raw data report and quant-spectra-report);
modify pipeline.sh and SILAC_pipeline.sh for each pair of input files and run it
