This Python script implements a Telegram bot that allows you to perform various system management tasks remotely via Telegram commands. You can capture screenshots, retrieve system information, navigate directories, manage files, encrypt folders, control your webcam, convert text to speech, and more.

Install the required Python libraries using pip:

Usage Start a chat with your Telegram bot. Use the specified commands to interact with the bot and perform various tasks.
