Add TypeScript SDK variant reference documentation (~800 pages) mirroring the existing Python SDK reference. Includes: TypeScript variant registration in sdks.yml, 800 transformed reference pages across Agents/RELAY/REST namespaces, language-neutral Core overview page with Tabs, and uncommented TypeScript content in 49 guide pages.
