Add Go SDK reference documentation

Summary

Add comprehensive Go SDK reference documentation:

• 800 Go reference pages across agents/, relay/, and rest/ namespaces, transformed from Python SDK reference pages with Go-idiomatic types, syntax, and code examples
• Go variant registered in sdks.yml navigation configuration
• Core overview page made language-neutral (removed Python-specific installation section)
• 49 guide pages updated to uncomment Go-specific content (tab blocks and table rows)
