Updates the rTE kernel to accept complex values for mu, improving its applicability to a wider range of electromagnetic modeling scenarios. This change ensures that the mu parameter, representing permeability, can be complex, which is necessary for handling materials with magnetic losses or other complex electromagnetic properties.

Will push a bug-fix release for this (as it is in the documentation that it should work with complex mu, and indeed the numpy version already works with complex mu) |
