Update `environment.yml` and the admonition in the landing page.
Choose Choclo as the engine for running potential field simulations. Add `choclo>=0.3.0` to the `environment.yml`.
Remove the try and except statements when trying to choose the best solver and use the new `get_default_solver` function instead.
We need `scikit-learn` to run the PGI notebooks.

Use `diagonal_balance=True` when creating TreMeshes, and replace one missed `Update_IRLS` for `UpdateIRLS`.

Collect changes required to update the tutorials to work with SimPEG v0.23.0. Use
chocloas engine in gravity and magnetic simulations, and add it to theenvironment.yml. ReplaceindActiveforactive_cellsin potential field simulations. ReplaceUpdate_IRLSforUpdateIRLS. Usediagonal_balance=Truewhen defining aTreeMesh. Rely on the default solver capabilities. Bump SimPEG version in landing page and in theenvironment.yml. Use Numpy's RNG instead of global seeds.Include changes from #29, #31, #32, #33.
