First working version

First release of quakejs-proxy! Seems to work without major issue, currently deployed on my own QuakeJS server.

Sample command-line:

$ ./quakejs-proxy-windows-x86.exe -ws 78.46.129.78:27960

Afterwards, pointing your ioquake3 to 127.0.0.1:27960 will seamlessly connect you to the "Rust Ireland Quake3 Server".
