Hi there, I am Mingyi Hsu (Ming).


Welcome to my profile , I hope the studies I present will be helpful to you and hope you can give me more knowledge. Master's in Marine Geology and Geophysics, also Bachelor of Geomatic, special in GIS, reomote sensing, gps and spatial data analysis.

With 10+ years of experience in geospatial data processing, mapping production, GIS database management, data analysis, seabed investigations, machine learning for spatial data, and GIS software development. Now, I have been working on various global offshore wind projects for GIS and geospatial data analysis. Scope on supporting GIS, survey (geophysical, hydrograhpy and remote sensing) solution, the maintenance of GIS databases and WebGIS.

Before 2022, I had worked in the Ministry of Interior(Taiwan) for spatial data prcoessing(analysis), mapping the electronic navigation charts and HD maps, involving in hydrographic /geophysical survey / Satellite image/ planning, data processing, and geospatial analysis. In addition, I also worked on the using machine learning method to predict the house price in Taiwan's urban area.
