Description
This allows for renaming the wither through nametags and the Ender Dragons (ender dragons cannot be renamed with nametags, requires server to create the entity with a name)
This was most likely a fix from tu20. TU20 screenshot:

Previous Behavior
When you renamed the wither, it would just show up the "Wither" name above and not actually rename for the bossbar or the entity itself.
Root Cause
No handling for custom names
New Behavior
Custom names now show up properly above the bosses and in the bossbars.

Fix Implementation
Add custom name handling for the getAName funcs for the bosses and get the custom name if any in the bossbar renderers for the bosses
