fix(web): Fix "The account is already associated with another user" errors when signing in with GitLab

Was hitting "OAuthAccountNotLinked: The account is already associated with another user" errors after signing out and trying to sign back in with the GitLab OAuth provider. Bumping to the latest auth.js package seems to resolve this.
