feat(user-onboarding): add support for angular v19

Description

This pull request upgrades the user onboarding library and its example app to Angular 19, updates related dependencies, and cleans up module exports and configuration. The main changes include updating all Angular-related packages and peer dependencies, removing an unused Angular module, and fixing build configuration keys for compatibility with the latest Angular tooling.
