- Added DumpMyFlagsToPath, which writes only selected flags to path

This is my first contribution, I'm not sure why the Travis CI is not validating. If you could please let me know what the issue is. |

Added the possibility to export specific flags (to io.writer or to file) in 2 functions: DumpMyFlags & DumpMyFlagsToPath. Each function takes a string array which contains the desired flags.
