This PR makes small documentation improvements to README.adoc:

  • Use current naming: “Jakarta EE (formerly Java EE/J2EE)” in the migration section.
  • Fix typos/grammar (“therefore”, “requires JDK 17”).
  • Add a one-line quick-start TIP that links to the existing “Try the Spring Boot Upgrade Tool” section (no duplicate content).
  • Fix “GitHUb” → “GitHub” in the Discussions badge.

No code changes.
