Summary

Remove outdated boundedElastic FIXME comments now that scheduling is applied.
Add notes near subscribeOn(Schedulers.boundedElastic()) clarifying remaining blocking behavior and future improvements.

Why

The code already uses boundedElastic, so the old FIXME is misleading.
Explicitly documenting the remaining synchronous tool execution helps future refactors.

Google GenAI, OpenAI, Bedrock Converse, Mistral, MiniMax, Azure OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Vertex AI Gemini, Ollama, ZhiPuAI.
