This is a preparation for ROX-33123.
It integrates roxie into apollo-ci test images.
This requires different set of quay credentials.

❯ podman run --rm -it quay.io/stackrox-io/apollo-ci:stackrox-ui-test-0.5.3-3-g3fe678bd5d roxie version
