This PR adds support for importing CSV files into a dataset by implementing
CSVDatasetAdapter.deserializeDataset().IntBasedCategoryAttributemust be chosen by passing the according column names,NumericAttributeis selected if the column only contains numeric elements, and elseStringAttributeis chosenNote that I'm not sure whether my implementations of
IDataSetDescriptoras well asReconstructionInstructionmake sense - please check.
