Navigating Files and Directories

Lab is based off of this software carpentry lesson. Feel free to follow along with that as well! Keep in mind those instructions are based on working on a laptop, but I will be showing you on our server, so things look a tiny bit different.

You should be in your folder in the teaching directory, but if you are not, you can get back to it with this:

cd /pickett_shared/teaching/CLI_workshop/analysis/<your_netid>
