Covered the high level ideas, also reworded those sections to fit those new insights, and added a section about LLMs/AI usage.
Please do review this one, I would rather this document reflect our views on those subjects, not have it become Eideren's old man yells at cloud rant.
Other points might benefit from a second pass, but I'll have to post pone it for now.
