Troubleshooting

Q: I can't connect to the KEBA KeEnergy device and get "Failed to connect".

A: Always enter the IP or hostname without the port or protocol! Correct: 10.10.0.1 Incorrect: 10.10.0.1:443 or https://ap4040.local


Q: I can't see a device (e.g. external heat source) but my Web HMI show me that device.

A: The integration has a mapping between API endpoints, control unit hardware (AP420 H/A and AP440 H/A) and the software version from the Web HMI. Not all Web HMI software version support all API endpoint. Create issue and I can fix this.
