- Enable micro usb port in host mode

Patch is not tested with meta-meson. I had those patches in my private layer. |

Fwiw, I've tested the microusb patch against 6.0.12, on an Odroid-C2 connected to a VU7+, and the microusb port does work. Any chance you would consider submitting the microusb port patch to mainline kernel? |
